In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the api4d platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. api4d enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products. Individuals under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or withdraw on the platform under any circumstances.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal disability that would prevent you from being legally bound by these Terms.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active account on api4d. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or platform-imposed restriction that bars you from gambling activity.
• Own Funds: All funds deposited into your api4d account must be your own legally obtained funds. You may not deposit funds on behalf of a third party or use funds derived from criminal activity.

To access the full range of api4d products and services, you must register a Member account. By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

• Registration Information: You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian national identity number (NIK) or passport number, a working email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. api4d will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
• Accurate Details: You must not use false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration. Any account found to have been registered using fraudulent credentials will be permanently suspended and all funds forfeited.
• Account Transfer: Your api4d account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, pledge, or otherwise transfer your account or any rights arising from it to any third party.
• Notification of Changes: You must promptly notify api4d of any change to the personal information associated with your account, including email address, phone number, or banking details.

api4d operates a robust KYC process to verify Member identity, confirm legal age, and prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), Indonesian Passport (Paspor), or Indonesian Driver's License (SIM).
• Proof of Age: Any document listed above that displays your date of birth clearly confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or scan confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your own name (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last 90 days showing your name and Indonesian residential address.

api4d reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests while KYC documents are under review. The standard review period is 1–3 business days. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

All financial transactions on api4d are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). api4d does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own applicable charges, for which api4d bears no responsibility.

• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. api4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal Processing: api4d processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all Indonesian national public holidays. Standard processing times are indicated above; delays beyond stated windows may occur during periods of high demand or pending KYC review.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposit Limits: api4d imposes no maximum deposit limit by default; however, Members who have activated voluntary deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming dashboard will have those limits enforced without exception.
• Incomplete Transactions: If a deposit is made but not credited to your account within the stated processing window, contact live chat support with your bank transfer reference number. api4d will investigate and, where the transaction is confirmed, credit the amount within 2 hours.

api4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting tournaments including the BRI Liga 1 season, Piala AFF, and FIFA World Cup qualifying rounds.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific turnover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Member's account without notice.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion is limited to one claim per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times will result in all bonus funds being voided.
• Minimum Odds: Free bet credits and certain deposit bonuses may only be applied to bets meeting a minimum odds threshold as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse of Promotions: api4d reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close any account, where there is evidence that a Member has exploited or abused promotional structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting strategies, or coordinated wagering with other Members.
• Withdrawal of Deposit Funds: Where a Member requests a withdrawal of deposited funds while a bonus is active, api4d reserves the right to deduct and void the bonus portion of the balance before processing the withdrawal.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on api4d across all product verticals, including the sportsbook, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, live casino, and slots:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by api4d at its sole discretion. api4d reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet without prior notice.
• Obvious Errors: In the event of a manifest pricing error — including incorrect odds, corrupted game data, or software malfunction — api4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stakes. Winnings accrued from obvious errors will not be paid.
• Match Results: For sportsbook products, all results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, FIFA for international fixtures, BWF for badminton). api4d's decision on the application of results to settled bets is final.
• Togel Draw Integrity: All togel draws on api4d use verified random number generation. Draw results are published immediately after each draw closes and are final. No claims regarding draw outcomes will be entertained after 24 hours of the draw result being published.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session, the game outcome determined by the server at the point of disconnection will be treated as the final result. api4d is not liable for losses resulting from unstable internet connections on the Member's end.
• Bet Limits: api4d applies minimum and maximum bet limits to all markets and games. Limits are displayed within each game or market. api4d reserves the right to adjust limits at any time and to apply individual account-level limits where it deems appropriate.

api4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing Members with the tools they need to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all Members directly within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days to prevent impulsive decision-making.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automatic reminders that appear after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may impose a temporary suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days on their account. During this period, login is disabled and no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their lives may apply for a long-term self-exclusion of between 6 months and 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications inform Members of the total time elapsed and net balance change during a gaming session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the api4d platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on api4d, whether using your own identity or the identity of a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or withdrawal verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI-assisted betting software, or any other non-manual means to place bets or interact with the platform without express written permission from api4d.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or game glitches to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings arising from exploited errors will be voided regardless of whether the error was reported by the Member.
• Colluding with other Members to exploit promotional structures, manipulate tournament outcomes, or gain an artificial advantage in any game mode.
• Laundering funds through the platform — depositing, wagering minimally, and then withdrawing in an attempt to obscure the origin of funds.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other obfuscation technologies.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication toward api4d support staff or other Members via any channel.

All content published on the api4d platform — including but not limited to the api4d brand name, logo, website design, text content, graphics, user interface elements, game assets, software code, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of api4d or its licensed content providers.

No part of the api4d platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of api4d. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Game titles, studio names, and associated assets — including those from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. api4d makes no claim to those third-party assets beyond the licences granted to it by those providers for platform delivery purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, api4d expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Gambling Losses: api4d accepts no liability for any financial loss suffered by a Member as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform. All wagering activity is undertaken voluntarily and at the Member's own risk.
• Service Interruptions: api4d does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. api4d will endeavour to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime.
• Third-Party Payment Delays: api4d is not liable for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal receipt that are caused by the Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or any third-party payment intermediary.
• Device and Connectivity Issues: api4d is not responsible for any financial loss arising from a Member's internet disconnection, device malfunction, browser incompatibility, or network latency during gameplay.
• Reliance on Information: Any statistical data, match previews, odds analyses, or editorial content published on the api4d platform (including in the Prediksi Bola section) is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute betting advice. api4d accepts no liability for any wagering decisions made in reliance on such content.

In no event shall api4d's aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, exclusive of any bonus funds credited during that period.

api4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the api4d platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange the closure of your account and the withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law as applied by the jurisdiction under which api4d holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and api4d regarding any bet settlement, account action, or promotional claim, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: The Member must first contact api4d's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. api4d will endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalated Review: If the matter is not resolved at Step 1, the Member may request escalation to api4d's senior compliance team. A written response will be provided within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Independent Review: If resolution remains unsatisfactory following Steps 1 and 2, the dispute may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as designated by api4d's licensing authority. api4d's decision on bet settlement, result determination, and account closure is final in all circumstances not covered by ADR jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits a Member's rights under mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in their jurisdiction of residence and that cannot be waived by contract.
